The system also allows you to take advantage of our FREE collection and delivery service – so you never need to visit the garage. We can simply pick up you car from your home or work and deliver it back to you when its finished. You can also book a courtesy car and a range of additional services.

Our expert technicians are trained to service any make and model of car using the latest techniques and diagnostic equipment and are committed to providing a friendly, straightforward and honest service. Cancellation Policy

  • You have 14 days no quibble return policy except when you have altered the vehicle from standard Manufacturer’s specification (in this instance no return is possible under any circumstance). You must inform us in writing by post or email is acceptable to greig@brenwood.co.uk.
  • £99 ONLINE Reservation Fee fully refundable.
  • Vehicle cancellation fee £500.
  • Holding deposit £250 kept until you return the Registration Document for the cancelled order.
  • You will be responsible for any Road Tax that we have paid for including extra charges that are payable upon registration of a new vehicle that are not refundable by the DVLA
  • It is your responsibility to return the vehicle to our premises. We charge £1.50 + vat per mile for us to collect the vehicle.
  • £0.10 per mile charge(+VAT) for vehicle having covered more than 537 miles since purchase.
