    14 Day Return Policy and COVID Measures

    We want to take the hassle and pressure out of buying a new or used car - that is why we offer virtual viewings, home viewings and the ability to reserve and buy online - all backed by our 14 day No Quibble Return Policy as standard.
We believe that buying a new or used car should be an enjoyable experience - one full of excitement and anticipation as you select the right car for you and your budget.

That is why we have tried to create our unique car-buying experience for a new way of working.

Showroom Safety Measures

We know that many customers prefer to visit the showroom, look at the range of cars, discuss the various options available and get our help in finding the best deal possible.

We have taken every precaution possible to ensure the showroom is as safe as possible for our customers and our employees.

We operate a locked door policy and encourage customers to make appointments wherever possible so that we can manage the number of customers both in the showroom and on site.

Face masks are essential, as is using the hand gel provided - and we are carrying out enhanced cleaning on all touch points and all cars in the showroom and in the car park.

Social distancing is a key focus and we have taken measures to maximise social distancing wherever possible

Virtual Appointments and Virtual Test Drives

Why venture out the house when you can request a virtual appointment where one of our team will show you around the vehicle and let you see the interior for yourself - all from the comfort of your armchair. We can discuss options, finance and even organise a trade in value from the comfort of your own home.

We can pre-record the video and send you a link so that you can watch it at your leisure - or we are more than happy to organise a FaceTime or Whatsapp video call to show you around the vehicle and answer any questions you may have or focus on any particular aspect of the car that may be of interest.

We can also take the car out for a spin and let you see how it performs for yourself.

Home Appointments and Home Test Drives

Of course, many people prefer seeing the car "in the flesh or the metal" to ensure the condition meets our description. We also know that many customers want the actual driving experience for themselves or simply ensure the smaller details work - such as ensuring the pram or the golf clubs fit in the boot.

And so our sales team are more than happy to bring the car to your home to show you the superb condition and give you complete peace of mind.

Our 14 Day No Quibble Return Policy Explained

But we understand that it can be a difficult decision - especially in the current climate, where more people are buying cars remotely, through video appointments or simply reserving the car and buying online.

We have developed our entire business to make the buying process hassle-free which includes our no-quibble 14-day return policy.

So now you can have complete peace of mind that, in the unlikely event, the car does not live up to your expectations, or you simply have a change of heart, you can return the car.

This is subject to our Cancellation Policy which states

 You have 14 days no quibble return policy except when you have altered the vehicle from standard manufacturer's specification (in this instance no return is possible under any circumstance). You must inform us in writing by post or email is acceptable to greig@brenwood.co.uk.

Our £99 ONLINE Reservation Fee is fully refundable if the car does not meet your requirements or does not live up to expectations.

New vehicle cancellation fee £500.

Used vehicle cancellation fee £250.

We will keep a holding deposit £250 kept until you return the Registration Document for the cancelled order.

You will be responsible for any Road Tax that we have paid for including extra charges that are payable upon registration of a new vehicle and which are not refundable by the DVLA

£0.10 per mile charge(+VAT) for a vehicle having covered more than 537 miles since purchase.
