Cancellation Policy

  • You have 14 days no quibble return policy except when you have altered the vehicle from standard Manufacturer’s specification (in this instance no return is possible under any circumstance). You must inform us in writing by post or email is acceptable to greig@brenwood.co.uk.
  • £99 ONLINE Reservation Fee fully refundable.
  • Vehicle cancellation fee £500.
  • Holding deposit £250 kept until you return the Registration Document for the cancelled order.
  • You will be responsible for any Road Tax that we have paid for including extra charges that are payable upon registration of a new vehicle that are not refundable by the DVLA
  • It is your responsibility to return the vehicle to our premises. We charge £1.50 + vat per mile for us to collect the vehicle.
  • £0.10 per mile charge(+VAT) for vehicle having covered more than 537 miles since purchase.
