14 DAY NO QUIBBLE RETURN POLICY
We believe that buying a new or used car should be an enjoyable experience - one full of excitement and anticipation as you select the right car for you and your budget.
But we understand that it can be a difficult decision - especially in the current climate, where more people are buying cars remotely, through video appointments or simply reserving the car and buying online.
We have developed our entire business to make the buying process hassle-free which includes our no-quibble 14-day return policy.
So now you can have complete peace of mind that, in the unlikely event the car does not live up to your expectations, or you simply have a change of heart, you can return the car.
Cancellation Policy Details
- 14 Day No Quibble Return Policy - except when you have altered the vehicle from standard Manufacturer's specification (in this instance no return is possible under any circumstance). You must inform us in writing by post or email to greig@brenwood.co.uk .
- £99 ONLINE Reservation Fee - fully refundable.
- Vehicle cancellation fee - £500.
- Holding deposit - £250 kept until you return the Registration Document for the cancelled order.
- You will be responsible for any Road Tax that we have paid for including extra charges that are payable upon registration of a new vehicle that are not refundable by the DVLA.
- It is your responsibility to return the vehicle to our premises. We charge £1.50 + VAT per mile for us to collect the vehicle.
- £0.10 per mile charge (+VAT) for vehicle having covered more than 537 miles since purchase.
