Job Summary
Brenwood is looking for a dependable Service Technician who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting in the field, and being the person customers trust when something breaks. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment at customer locations

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic control issues

• Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and timelines

• Accurately document work performed using service reports and mobile tools

• Follow all safety policies and company procedures

• Represent Brenwood professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a service technician, maintenance tech, or similar role preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Basic electrical knowledge a plus

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Good communication and customer service skills
