Staff were on the ball, everyone busy doing their jobs. We decided to visit in person as 2 years looking on line come up with a car we both loved and was in our budget. We looked around and spotted the perfect car hidden in between other cars. David approached us with a good morning and asked if we needed any assistance. We enquired about the car we were looking at on the forecourt. He opened the car and we were given the chance for a test drive around the area. We got back and told him we wanted the car. David chatted to us and put us both at ease even when the admin work was being completed. It took a week to do their behind the scenes work then when we went to collect our car it was gleaming , mot’d, serviced with a few minor new parts fitted. I had to fill a few forms in online and even that was easy to do. The smell was amazing, throughout the whole process it was pleasant and fluid. Such an amazing and pleasant time shopping for a car which used to be a hassle. We would recommend Brenwood motors for anyone who wants a car. David was day off when we went in to pay the car in full, so staff took over and took the payment without any hassle at all. How amazing, they just pulled my file off David’s admin tray and did the payment. We will even get free mot for life if we use Brenwood so we are saving there too. I can’t thank them enough for an amazing and wonderful experience we had together. A very special thanks to David and staff who attended our visits you were all brilliant.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Barry at Brenwood Motors and have just driven away with a brilliant Suzuki Swace! From the very first conversation, Barry immediately understood what we were looking for and, more importantly, what we actually needed. He was so easy to chat to, everything was clear, straightforward and honest, and we immediately felt we could trust both him and the business. What I particularly loved was that it never felt like a typical 'sales' experience. There was absolutely no pressure, no hard sell, just Barry genuinely helping us find the right car. In fact, it was only after we'd decided to go ahead that he told us about all the additional benefits of buying through Brenwood. I really appreciated that approach. We were already sold on the car, Barry and the business, so those extras were just a lovely bonus! The whole process of trading in our old car and arranging finance for the new one was incredibly easy and straightforward. Communication was excellent throughout, and being able to chat over WhatsApp was a massive bonus. We run two businesses and life can get pretty hectic, so having everything handled so efficiently, with no unnecessary faffing about, made such a difference. I also love that Brenwood is a family-run business. I'd read through their reviews beforehand and everyone was absolutely glowing about them. Having now experienced it ourselves, I can completely understand why! A genuinely brilliant experience from start to finish.
