    WE HAVE NOW RE-OPENED FOR BUSINESS We have had loads of calls from customers asking whether we are still open during lockdown - and the answer is very much YES. But here is a quick summary of the questions and answers
Can I Book a Service/Repairs/MOT for my car?
YES you can. Our service centre is more or less working at full strength, so we can organise your service or MOT as normal. You can book online at https://www.brenwood.co.uk/service-booking/vehicle-search

Can You Pick My Car Up from My House?
YES, one of our team and collect and return your car to save you from coming to the garage. There is no charge for this service. You can book this online at https://www.brenwood.co.uk/service-booking/vehicle-search

Can I Drop Off My Car for my Service Appointment?
YES you can. The door to the garage will be locked however a member of our Service team will meet you at the door and help with the handover.

Can I Postpone My MOT?
NO. Unlike the last lockdown. The government is not allowing people to postpone their MOT. You MUST have this carried out when it is due.

Can I Still Buy A Car?
YES. Car sales have been designated an 'essential service' and as such you are allowed to travel across local authority boundaries. See the range at https://www.brenwood.co.uk/

Can I See The Car Without Visiting the Showroom?
YES. We have enhanced our Sales approach to allow you to view the car without having to visit the showroom. We offer video appointments via Facetime and Whatsapp and pre-recorded video walkrounds. If you are interested and want to see the car, we can arrange home appointments and home test drives.

Can I Buy a Car Online?
YES. You can choose to RESERVE ONLINE for only £100. You can also BUY ONLINE and we will deliver the car to your home

Can I Visit the Garage to Buy a Car?
YES. However our showroom has reopened to customers, however appointments are essential. A member of our sales team can help you outside, however we would ask that social distancing is observed as per the government guidelines.
